Production
Should we make ads for clients we will require any material that they wish to display on the different LED boards in the following formats:
1) Vector (Adobe illustrator, Macromedia Freehand, Corel Draw).
All text to be converted to
paths / curves or agency must provide fonts seperately.
2) High Resolution, RGB, JPEG images
Kindly note the following:
- It is advisable for clients to provide us with a Corporate Identiy guidline in order for us to be 100% consistent with their brand.
- Clients are also advised to provide us with a basic brief as to the type of animation and timing of events. This will ensure that the message is consistent with thei current marketing campaigns.
- Clients are encouraged to put us in contact with their advertising agencies in order to ensure that the ads we produce are consistent with their current marketing campaigns.
- We also encourage clients to pursue different messages for different events and to look at the possibility of displaying different messages at different events.
Deadlines:
5 Days prior to the event.
This will provide us with ample time to check the artwork and to send it to the correct event location in time.
No submissions will be accepted 2 days prior to the event.
